1. Acts & Facts
This monthly magazine published by the Institute for Creation Research is an informative scientific Christian resource. It contains 20+ pages with full-color glossy pages and eye-catching pictures. The articles written by Christian professionals, pertain to physics, animal and human biology and earth science in light of Scripture. If you’ve ever wondered how God’s hand is active throughout nature and science, then you’ll enjoy this magazine. I have been reading this magazine since high school and can account for how beneficial it has been to both my faith and my studies. The Institute for Creation Research is known for its goal of proclaiming and proving the existence of God and the Creation account through science. Because science and faith go hand-in-hand, and if you don’t believe me, I recommend you pick up this magazine and find out for yourself.
2. Beyond Today
BT is published once every two months. Each issue is 40 pages long with full-color pictures and it is published by the United Church of God.
BT is a magazine with articles on current world events with Scriptural explanations pertaining to end times prophecy. There are also articles on Church history, Christian living, short Bible studies, and devotionals. I have been a subscriber to this magazine since high school and can say that the articles are very informative, concise, and scriptural. They also have a free literature library you can request from. BT is probably one of the most well-known free Christian magazines out there and rightly so. I recommend this magazine to Christians who want to read scripturally sound articles that are relevant to today’s world.
3. Christian History
CH is a quarterly magazine published by The Christian History Institute. Each issue is about 50 pages with beautiful full color, glossy pages. The pictures are absolutely amazing- it has the best quality pages and pictures than all the other magazines mentioned here. CH is not exactly free as it is available on a donation basis. However, you can download the electronic format for free.
The title says it all, CH is a magazine about Christian/Church history. Every issue is themed and judging by their archives the topics covered are expansive. Some of the previous topics include church fathers, famous preachers, Christian movements, the Reformation and many more. You can also purchase past issues. The information provided is invaluable and extremely interesting (if you’re a history junkie). The articles are professionally written- I love that they include timelines, pictures of classic and famous paintings, and a section of book recommendations at the end. While this magazine is scholarly, I can see how beneficial it can be to the layperson as well as to the Bible student.
Though I have only been subscribed for a couple months, I am hooked to this magazine and it has easily become my favorite. I highly recommend CH.
4. The Levitt Letter
The Levitt Letter is a monthly magazine published by Zola Levitt Ministries. Each issue is about 35 pages. LL is a Messianic magazine whose aim is to support the state of Israel while upholding the Hebrew Roots of Christianity. LL articles expand from current Israel news, archeological finds pertaining to Scripture, short Hebrew word lessons, explanations of the Biblical feasts, history, recipes, devotionals, and sprinkled with cartoon jokes throughout the issue. This thought-provoking magazine is perfect for the Gentile wanting to learn his/her Hebrew roots in the Christian faith.
5. The Philadelphia Trumpet
PT is a monthly magazine published by the Philadelphia Church of God. Issues contain approximately 35 full-color pages. It is very similar in content to Beyond Today but leans more toward current world events in light of Scripture and prophecy. They also have a free literature library where you can request booklets on many topics.
6. Tomorrow’s World
TW is published once every 2 months by the Living Church of God. The issues are 35 pages long with full -color pictures. It is also very similar to Beyond Today. It has news sections pertaining to the US, Canada, and England. TW also features articles on history, Christian living, prophecy, nature, science, and devotionals. They also have a free resource library you can request booklets from.
7. Voice of the Martyrs
This a very well-known ministry that provides help for persecuted Christians worldwide. While the VOM newsletter report is not exactly a magazine, I thought it fitting to include it in this list since the information in this publication raises awareness of the persecuted Church. The VOM newsletter is published monthly by VOM. It contains field reports from VOM volunteers and ministers in persecuted countries. The testimonies are mostly graphic, and sad but also includes praise reports. It features stories of Christians living through imprisonment, oppression, torture, and violence. There are also plenty of opportunities to support this ministry. And if you haven’t done so already, you can request the founder’s (Richard Wurmbrand) free book called “Tortured for Christ.”
Bonus: Chapel Library
This is not a magazine but I wanted to include it here because it is a great free literature resource library. Chapel Library is run by Mount Zion Bible Church in Pensacola, Florida. This ministry has been a HUGE blessing to my life.
Chapel Library has a large amount of free literature available to those who love reading from classic preachers and Bible teachers. You can order paperbacks, booklets, tracts, and even Bible Study correspondence courses. They also have a quarterly booklet called the “Free Grace Broadcaster” which is a collection of several sermons and articles on a certain topic. These are all available in several languages including Spanish. Chapel Library only publishes literature from preachers from prior centuries including: Moody, Spurgeon, Pink, Bunyan, Bonar, Tozer, Edwards, Mueller, Ryle, Whitefield, Llyod-Jones, and Murray among many more.
While the literature is free, they include the cost of production on each item. They also ask you not to request more than 10 items per order and no more than $20 worth of literature per month.
Update: New Magazines
Messiah Magazine
This quarterly magazine, in beautiful full color, is a great recommendation for those who desire to know more about the Jewish roots of the Christian faith. It is published by First Fruits of Zion ministry. This magazine is perfect for both, Gentile and Jewish believers. The article sections feature topics such as Jewish history, Israel News, Bible Studies, Jewish Traditions, and Prophecy.
So there you have it, 8 free Christian magazines and resources I recommend to my readers.
I am aware that there are many more free magazines out there but these are ones I have personally been reading for years and can give my honest opinions and reviews on.

I m sending this email is to hope that I can have some gospel materials from your organization. I rent a little shop in Vancouver Chinatown solely to give out free christian reading materials. Vancouver chinatown is now famous for lots of homeless and drug users and the area is just like living hell. You probably have heard about this situation on the news. I truly hope that God’s words can reach out to them.
Anticipate for you responding

Thanks for this post. I love free print Christian magazines. For me its the best sharable stuff you can give to a friend or use it as a teaching tool at church.
I would like to recommend Persecution magazine. If a Christian wants to exercise their faith by praying and giving to fellow Christians who are persecuted by their beliefs, this magazine is a eye opener. And it free:
